The swatch cards and tags templates are single-page PDF files to aid in the organization of fabric.
Swatch cards are quarter sheets, and are great for stacking in a drawer or keeping in a binder.
Swatch tags are smaller, and designed to be stapled or taped onto the back of fabric swatches for a looser, more tactile storage system.
You can read more about Ruby’s organizational system in this blog post.
These PDF files are designed to be printed at home or at a third-party copyshop on letter sized (8.5”x11”) card stock or heavy paper.
Your download will contain 2 files:
Swatch Cards.pdf
Swatch Tags.pdf
When printing the files, be sure to print at actual size (100%) or select “do not scale” on your print screen. This will guarantee that your cards or tags are the exact same size when cut apart.
Use a paper cutter or rotary blade and ruler to cut the cards or tags apart along the guidelines.
Great swatch labels, really helps organise in a tactile tangible way. Thank you for the free resource:)
