Refunds:

Workshop registrations are non-refundable. Please double-check your schedule before signing up to ensure you are available on all dates the class meets.

Sick Policy: 

If you are sick with Covid-19 or any other illness and are unable to attend a workshop, please send an email to hello@spokesandstitches.com at least 24 hours before the event starts. 

For weekend intensives and single-day workshops that run quarterly, you may defer your registration to the following cohort. If you have registered for a one-time workshop, you will receive a store credit that can be applied to a different workshop or to PDF sewing patterns. Store credit is valid for one year from the original workshop start date, and may NOT be used for private lessons or professional services.

Enrollment Minimums:

Most workshops have minimum enrollment policies. This is because the curriculum is designed to be a group experience that isn't as effective with fewer students.

If a workshop is under-enrolled two weeks before the workshop begins, I reserve the right to cancel the course and offer registrants the option to defer registration to the next course date or receive a full refund.

Workshop Cancellations:

Unfortunately we live in an unpredictable day and age of pandemics, extreme weather, and other disruptive events. 

In the event that an unforeseen emergency interferes with a scheduled workshop, an alternative date will be chosen and all participants will notified via email with as much advance notice as possible. All registrants will receive the option to defer registration to the alternative date, or receive a refund.

***If you plan on traveling to Philadelphia from out of town for a workshop, it is strongly encouraged that you to make sure all bookings are refundable or have the option to be rescheduled.
